• To play 4 Dice Against Villainy, you need sixteen d6s. 
  • Four Heroes Dice
  • Four Hazard Dice
  • One Location Die
  • Two Action Dice
  • Five MacGuffin Dice
• If you don't have that many dice handy, fear not, you can record some information on paper and use what dice you have (hopefully, at least four dice).
